Register now for the 2021 ITEM Fall Conference! October 14-16 at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN. Check out the conference page (under the Events tab) for more details as they come available.
To begin the registration form, scroll down to the "Register" button at the bottom of the list to the left. Note: You need to be logged in to see pricing options for current members.
The Thursday night dinner is an additional charge, but otherwise meals are included with registration. To help us keep costs and waste to a minimum, please select "none" for any meals you do not need.
Lodging - Book by 9/23 for conference rate!Need a hotel room? Like to plan ahead? ITEM has reserved a block of rooms at the Doubletree by Hilton. You get a special group conference rate of $149 per night with complimentary Wi-Fi. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at this rate, so book your room soon! Treat yourself to a lovely room and more time to connect with your ITEM friends!
If you call instead, please be sure to specify that you want a room in the ITEM block!
New this year! Our traditional Thrusday night dinner will take place at Foragers Brewery in Rochester. Join us Thursday night to celebrate ITEM, it's history, and it's members.
Can't make it for dinner? Immediate after dinner still join us at Foragers for a social evening, catching up and having a good time. (Friday registration is not required to join the social)

Please be mindful of notifying us ASAP if you need to cancel. Cancellations after October 2 will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations on or after October 10 will not be refunded (and will be considered owed if not already paid).

We like to provide an opportunity for our attendees to connect and collaborate with our exhibitors to continue the partnerships that benefit students and enhance learning in our schools.
Single Booth ($450) Includes: 8'x10' booth with two chairs, electricity (if requested), and Friday breakfast and lunch for one.
Double Booth ($900) Includes: 8'x20' space, two 8' tables with two chairs, electricity (if requested), and Friday breakfast and lunch for two.
