EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

ITEM (Information and Technology Educators of Minnesota) would like to invite you to exhibit at our 2018 Fall Conference. The theme this year is "Learning I.T. Together." We like to provide an opportunity for our attendees to connect and collaborate with our exhibitors to continue the partnerships that benefit students and enhance learning in our schools.

Attendees at our conference include library media specialists, technology integrationists, technology directors as well as staff, teachers, library students, and others who benefit from this great conference.

We're at the Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria, MN this year with exhibitor space conveniently located near the meeting rooms. The keynote session, meals, vendors, authors and the bookstore will all be in the same spacious room so there will be many great opportunities for interaction between sessions, before and after meals, and during the multiple times in the schedule specifically dedicated to allow attendees to visit the exhibits.

Exhibitor move-in will be Thursday evening beginning at 4:00 p.m. The hall will be officially open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday with dedicated vendor time built into the schedule.

We're pleased that we'll be working with A&N again this year. Forms you may need will be available soon.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Need a hotel room? Like to plan ahead? ITEM has reserved a block of rooms at the Arrowwood Resort. Rooms are $109/night (+tax) and you can make your reservation online here, or contact the hotel directly. Please specify that you are with ITEM to get the special rate.

If you would like to sponsor an event or donate items such as books for tables or items for drawings during our Member Meeting on Friday afternoon, please complete the sponsorship section of the registration.

We will contact you about advertising during your sponsored event.

THURSDAY EVE SOCIAL - CARLOS CREEK WINERY
Exhibitors are welcome to join us at the Carlos Creek Winery from 6:30-10:00pm. We'll have a shuttle making regular trips back and forth (it's not far from the resort) and there is no charge other than whatever beverages you purchase. Start your conference off with a little relaxation and networking!
